Our Story
Hey there, my name is Mayra Arroyo and I am excited to share with you how I began my journey with 3RootsProducts and Beef Tallow! It all came about from my skin illness that would breakout during the cold winter months! The cold air would make my face turn red, make it dry, and produce little cracks in my cheeks. I could never find the right product that would help me against these breakouts! Besides I also had ongoing skin conditions such as eczema, acne rosacea, burns, acne etc. And after trying other products, I decided to quite literally take matters into my own hands and do some research on the internet about the benefits of Beef Tallow; and found that it nourishes your skin with vitamins, helped my existing conditions, and most importantly is free of toxic preservatives. For me, the most important aspect was that Beef Tallow can withstand high temperatures and lasts from 6 months up to 1 year if you keep it in a cool and dry place. Then I looked to see what I needed for this natural remedy because not only would it bring me so many benefits it would also help me with the extreme dryness that I was going through and started making Beef Tallow with the recipes I found online and other platforms. As soon as I started using it I noticed as if there was a layer protecting my skin from the cold and soon after the damage that caused my skins breakouts were no more. Then I started making it for me and my family and later my friends after they saw the change in me and now they use it too! Now, it has grown from recommendations to this small great venture because it is done with love, dedication, and by hand for the most sensitive skins that need this gift. Dedicated to being natural without toxic preservatives that in the long run are damaging to your skin because everything you put on your skin is absorbed so in a sense you are eating it.
